The Journey Begins

Thanks for joining me!

I have been working in IT for more than two decades, and unlike most in our industry – it’s all been with the one company.  Correct.  I have been working for Nestlé Australia since 1996 joining them in my 3^rd year of University as part of a work placement program and just never left.  Although I have worked for the same employer I have been fortunate to have traveled the globe working in many countries along the way including Switzerland, USA, South Africa, UAE, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore just to name a few.  I have also had varying roles during this time from desktop support, standard operating environment design, IT Project Management, IT office and computer room relocation to more recent roles in IT Strategy and Innovation.  All in all, it’s been quite a ride – learning, listening, doing and now I have the opportunity to share.  Share a little of what I have learned, share a little of what I am thinking and sharing a little of what I see others accomplishing.
